2011 November Flowers.

Christmas just around the corner and a flowering this month, also I acquired some Hybrids for a bit of colour which I will enter at the end.

Now summer is here and the sun is getting hotter we are getting a bit of leaf burn due to the trimming of the tree ferns, the one not having shade are standing up better.

We are up to about 400 plants now and I think I have run out of room, but I have just got some PNG Bulbos and will be training them to grow on the rocks ( hopefully) but everything is growing very well.

Dendrobium Yukidaruma’King’.

‘.

This one you can see the cream colour of the tepals and it always has flowered with this toning for the last 15 years flowering in September as it did this year.HOWEVER it decided to flower in December also this year for the first time ever.

and as you can see the flowers are white, there is only one clone in the pot, why the difference in colour flowering two months later I have no idea, unless it is a sport.

Comments please.
