Once again a long time between posts, all we have is how the plants have progressed over the year, occasionally we get one that has not flowered before.
The changes we made to wall are much better,no tree fern spore all over the place and we now have a watering system in place.
My post will probably be well spaced and put on spasmodically throughout the year.
So,

It lives up to it’s name and will flower 3 or 4 times in the year, nice fragrance.
